This training opportunity provided by the Queens Sports Performance staff is focused on increasing strength, speed, agility, and conditioning for athletes. Over the 4 weeks, participants will be led through a dynamic warm-up, 45 minutes of weight training, and 45 minutes on the field aimed at developing acceleration, speed, agility, and conditioning. **Any exercise limitations/restrictions should be communicated with the Sports Performance Coach prior to beginning any exercise regimen**
